Free pick-up returns at home
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If, however, there are any issue with your purchase, we would be happy to help you to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you can always return your purchase for a refund (details of our return policy are in article 10 in our terms and conditions).
Returns are free; you can return your purchase within 100 days after receiving them.
To return an item, please follow these steps.
- Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/it/en/home.html#/schedulePickupTab
- Fill in all the information according to the instruction below, using the information you can find on the return label inside the transparent pocket on the outside of your parcel.
- After you have filled in the pick-up address and the timeslot, DHL will pick-up your parcel according to your instructions.
