How can I return my order?

You can easily return items by following these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service indicating the order number and the item(s) you want to send back. The instructions, the DHL labels and the custom’s invoice will be provided via email.

  2. Make sure that the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue the refund. Pack the item(s) into the box including the return form and apply the pre-paid DHL label provided on top of the existing delivery information.

    Using our labels will guarantee a refund even in case of theft or loss during the shipment back to our warehouse in Italy. Please, keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, North Sails will not be responsible for any tampering or loss during transport.

Did you order the wrong size or colour?
Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to make any direct exchanges for online orders. In case you would like to order a different size or colour, please return the original order using this return authorisation and place a new one directly on the website.
