Who is North Sails?

  • North Sails was founded in 1957 by Lowell North an American sailor and Olympic Gold Medalist. North was an engineer methodically focused on building sails that were faster than the competitions. Year after year, Lowell North and his team pioneered new innovative technologies that conquered wind and water, and won races.

  • No, this is not possible and order a new product. You have to return your item and apply for a refund.

Did you receive the items I returned?

  • When we received your item(s) in good shape, our customer service will send you an email informing you about the refund and the return.

  • You can send to each address in the country where you've ordered from, but we don't facility gift wrapping

  • No, we don't facilitate this login

  • Yes, you can also checkout as a guest, but we recommend an account for easy reordering, saving your addresses and having an insight in your order history.

Can I change my order?

  • Once you're order is being processed you can't change your order

Can I cancel my order?

  • No, you can’t. Once you receive your order you can submit the return process.

Do the prices include VAT?

  • Yes, all prices on the site are including VAT.

Do the prices include import duties?

  • No, they don't include import duties. The carrier will inform you about the duties to be paid. 

I encounter errors during my payment?

  • The probability is very low, but if you encounter this, please try to place your order at a later moment.

How do I pay for my order?

  • We facilltate Paypal, all major credit card payments and some favorite local payments (Sofort, iDeal and MrCash)

What is a cvc/ cvv/ cid?

  • The Card Security Code (CVC/CVV/CID) is an additional three or four digit security code that is printed (not embossed) on the front or back of your credit card. The CVC/CVV/CID is an extra security measure to ensure that you are in possession of your own credit card.

When will my payment be processed?

  • When you've successfully placed an order, you payment will be processed immediately.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Typically a refund is processed within five working days via the same payment method you've used at your order

Can I pay in my own currency?

  • We support multiple currencies, like Euro's, British Pounds, US Dollars and Swedish Krones
