Returns are free; you can return your purchase within 100 days after receiving them.
To return an item, please follow these steps.

- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on the return form; the item code can be found on your invoice and/ or order confirmation e-mail;
- Our Customer Service will contact you, and arrange a pick up with you at your desired location.
